In February 2011 IBM’s Watson question/answering computer took on the world’s two best Jeopardy players and won. Recently Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center and IBM announced plans to jointly develop solutions for oncology diagnosis and treatment built on IBM Watson technology.
