Yoga for Every Body is a welcoming, beginner-friendly yoga program designed to support cancer patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and family members. Through gentle movement, mindful breathing, and connection, participants can reduce stress, restore energy, improve flexibility, and nurture emotional well-being in a compassionate and supportive environment. No experience needed, just bring yourself.
Oncologue Expressions is a guided writing and wellness experience created for the oncology community, a space to reflect, process, and heal through storytelling and self-expression. Through thoughtful prompts, meaningful connection, and supportive conversation, participants are invited to explore their experiences, reduce stress, and find strength in being heard. Open to patients, survivors, caregivers, family members, and healthcare professionals, because every story matters and every expression has power.
